At the Farmstead, you have the flexibility to choose the setting for your event. With both indoor and outdoor options that all offer a unique atmosphere, the seasons and weather won’t stop you from hosting the party that your team will talk about for the rest of the year.
From meetings, planning retreats, and co-working spaces to team building exercises, the Farmstead has indoor and outdoor spaces for your next event. If you’ve dreamed up an event for your business, we can host it.
Indoor - Year Round
The Farmhouse, boasting 5,000 square feet, can host 40-50 during a seated event or 100 for an open house style event across its cozy three stories. With generous spaces on the main floor, overflow space on the second, and a 700 square foot loft on the third floor, there is plenty of room to spread out. Events scheduled May through October also have the option of using the large outdoor patio area off of the front door of the farmhouse.
We can host small ceremonies, open houses, cocktail or dinner parties, planning meetings, or team retreats.
OUtdoor - seasonal
Built in 1918, the Carriage House was originally used for light blacksmith work and as a garage for a Model-T vehicle. Now, we use the patio and Carriage House for meals, dances, cocktail hour, patio games, reward ceremonies, and gatherings of 100 seated or up to 150 standing. Your guests can enjoy time at the bar, by the fireplace, or under the lights on the patio.
The Wedding Barn seats up to 298 guests and can comfortably host your entire staff team. Use the Barn for workshops, speaking events, training seminars, company-wide gatherings, and social hours. With access to the Lake and the Farmstead’s 40 acres, you and your team can spread out and enjoy the bonfire, team building exercises, or simply socialize.
